How do you find anything on this site?

Don't get me wrong, I love the idea of this site. But to find something on here is a nightmare. I want to find a company that can design a logo for my business. So, short of every single business on here posting an ADD, how do you know whats out there? My Twitter feed said that there was a group on here that could make up a logo for me for $75. Who are they! Where are they? How do I get in touch w/ them? Can someone help the computer illiterate out?
