I love that you can go from the Mountains to the beach, we have any geography you could want with the exception of desert in this one little state We get the change of season but with out any of the really harsh weather. I love the people in South Carolina. Southerns can't be beat for hospitality and just plain caring about their neighbors. I love love love the food. There is no place else in the world where you can get BBQ like here in South Carolina from the red pepper vinegar in the beach area to the mustard sauces in the midlands there is nothing like South Carolina BBQ. Don't for get the hash that is only found in the midlands. Shrimp and Grits, fried green tomatoes and chicken bog. Where else can you eat like this, pig pickin, peanut boils, and low country stew. There is nothing like the southern accent we all have. It is so welcoming and comforting when we say "Hey Ya'll! South Carolina is unique in so many ways. I love it!
