George W. Bush was all about wire tapping, reading peoples email, etc. like "big brother" this micro-chipping is probably something that he wanted.

Not sure if you are aware of this, but there is no health care to control...we have none unless you can afford to pay for it. The "haves" do not want to pay for the "have-nots" and that is what this country is about. There will always be have-nots, sometimes you have to find a way to help them. You think crime is bad now, take welfare away and then see what happens to the crime rate.
